    An 18k yellow gold Top Hat men's wristwatch, by Patek Philippe.

    The silver dial has applied hour markers,a small seconds sub-dial at 6 o'clock and a plastic glass covering. 

    This vintage timepiece is powered by a manual wind movement and comes fitted to a brand new original brown leather strap with an original 18k yellow gold pin buckle.

    It is in excellent condition and comes beautifully presented in a box with an extract from the archives, confirming the original date of sale as 3rd March, 1950.
